Jason L. Hoffman’s
practice areas include real estate and business litigation, including
litigation relating to breach of purchase and sales agreements, commercial
lease disputes, partnership disputes, and commercial and residential
real property disputes. Mr. Hoffman also engages in real estate transactional
work, including, negotiation of real estate financing, leasing, and
purchase and sales agreements. Mr. Hoffman’s client base includes
private investors, developers, owners, pension funds, advisers, lenders,
landlords and tenants, and property management companies.
