Andrew F. Sackheim’s
practice areas include real estate transactions including acquisitions,
development, finance, joint venture vehicles, leasing, sales and exchanges
involving mixed-use developments, development sites, golf courses, hotels,
industrial parks, office buildings, apartment and condominium complexes,
residential subdivisions, shopping centers and wineries. Mr. Sackheim’s
principal practice involves the negotiation, structuring and documentation
of complex transactions in a variety of contexts and circumstances.
Mr. Sackheim’s client base includes, among others, investors,
developers, owners, pension funds, advisers, lenders, landlords and
tenants.
